Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible.

Process for Return & Exchange

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or store credit.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.

• If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the replacement shipping cost.
